1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Outthinking Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), which publishes on Google Play under the developer account name ANDROID PIXELS, collects, uses and protects information when you use our Android applications ("App", "Apps", "Games", "Service").
This single policy applies to every App listed in Section 2 published by the ANDROID PIXELS developer account. Wherever this policy refers to "the App", it means the specific ANDROID PIXELS App you installed — for example Pet Blast: Match 3 Puzzle Games, Farm Fest: Farming Games or Cooking Fest: Fun Cooking Games.

By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Apps Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the following Apps published under the Google Play developer account ANDROID PIXELS:

Any new App later published under the ANDROID PIXELS account is also governed by this policy unless that App publishes its own separate privacy policy on its Google Play listing.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
Our Apps do not require registration, login or a user profile. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, postal address or date of birth in order to play. If you choose to email our support address, we receive only the details you include in that message.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Google AdMob and our advertising partners may access your device's advertising identifier (GAID / Android Advertising ID) to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on the consent choice you make.
Device model, operating-system version, app version, language, coarse country/region (derived from IP address), and anonymous gameplay events such as level started, level completed and screen views. This is used in aggregate to improve the Apps.
Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash logs, stack traces and device diagnostics when an App crashes, so we can fix the fault. These reports do not include personally identifiable information.
If you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction and returns a purchase token to the App so it can unlock your item. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
3.3 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
- Game progress: current level, score, high score, stars and unlocked content
- In-game currency, coins, lives and reward state
- Preferences: sound and music on/off, vibration, selected language
- Ad-free / purchase status
This local data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it, and it is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
3.4 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- We do not access your contacts, call logs, SMS messages or microphone.
- We do not read your personal photos or files.
- We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to build advertising profiles of our own.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate the following third-party SDKs and services, each governed by its own privacy policy. Not every service is present in every App — the exact list depends on the individual App and its version.

Remotely configures feature flags, ad placement and game balancing without requiring an app update. Remote Config itself collects no personal data.

Displays GDPR / privacy consent dialogs where required by applicable law before personalized ads are served.
Where ad mediation is enabled, additional ad networks may be served through AdMob mediation. Such partners receive only the advertising identifier and coarse device data permitted by your consent choice, and are contractually required to comply with Google Play policies.
6. App Permissions Explained
Depending on the App and your Android version, the following permissions may be requested:

We do not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or SMS permissions in these Apps.
7. Data Storage & Retention
Local Device Storage
Game progress, coins, unlocked levels and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is retained until you uninstall the App or clear its data from Android Settings. Uninstalling the App removes it permanently.
Server-Side Retention
We do not operate user accounts or user databases for these games, so we hold no profile of you on our servers. Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase under Google's standard retention periods (crash reports are typically retained for 90 days).
Advertising Data
Data used to serve advertisements is retained by Google AdMob and its partners under Google's own retention policies, not by us.
8. Advertising & Consent
Our games are free to play and are supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Ad formats may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, native ads and app-open ads.
Where required by applicable law (for example the GDPR in the EEA and the UK), we display a consent dialog powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time from within the App's settings or privacy option, where offered.
To opt out of interest-based advertising at device level, reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android settings under Settings → Google → Ads.
Where an App offers a paid remove-ads purchase, completing that purchase disables the ad formats described in the store listing for that App.
9. Data Deletion Request
Because ANDROID PIXELS games do not require account creation, virtually all of your data is stored locally on your device and is removed immediately when you uninstall the App.
You can also clear all local data at any time from Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data.
Request Deletion of Server-Side Data
If you wish to request deletion of any data that may have been retained on our side or by our analytics providers (such as crash diagnostic reports), email us with the App name and the approximate date of use. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

Our Apps are general audience games and are not directed at children under the age of 13.
Outthinking Pvt Ltd (ANDROID PIXELS) does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to permanently delete such records from our infrastructure.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at outthinkingpvtltd@gmail.com so we can take corrective action.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see Section 9 above)
- Opt-out of advertising: Opt out of personalized ads via your device advertising settings
- Consent withdrawal: Withdraw ad consent at any time via the in-app privacy option
Since our Apps do not use accounts, most data resides locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. For anything else, write to us at the address in Section 14.
12. Data Security
All network communication made by our Apps uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We rely on Google's infrastructure (Firebase, AdMob and Google Play) for the limited data described in this policy, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when a new App is published under the ANDROID PIXELS account or when a third-party service changes. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
